MALL LEASING

How do I book?

Click the link Book link next to the shopping center that you want to book.  This will take you to a calendar to select your days

I want to book a weekday and a weekend

At this present time you have to complete the booking separately for weekday bookings and weekend bookings.  For example if you wish to book Friday, Saturday and Sunday, you will have to book the Friday in one booking and the Saturday and Sunday in the second booking

I want to book multiple locations

At this present time you have to book each location separately.  We are in the process of building an additional booking add-on to our website which won’t be available until March 2019.  We apologise for any inconvience.

Can I cancel my booking?

Cancellations are not accepted.  All bookings are final once payment has been made.  You can if their is space available reschedule your booking.

I have made my booking what next?

Once you have booked and paid for your center please wait up to 24 hours for a center plan and further details with all instructions.

I want to book multiple locations

Is a Pop-Up the same as a Market?

No a pop up in a Mall and required to abide by Mall terms and conditions.  A market is a once a week, month trading.  A mall is 7 days a week up to 12 hours a day.

Why are Pop-Ups more expensive than Market Sites?

Pop-Ups in Malls offer more than Markets do to help you grow your business.  Site fees are more expensive however you have longer trading hours among other amazing opportunities to grow your brand.

I have racks and other fittings I want to use?

That’s great.  Please submit your images of your set up for approval.  Currently we ensure that all pop-ups are given tables to display their products however upon approval other fittings may be used if they fit in the space that you have purchased. 

How big is a single space that you lease to Vendors?

The space that you have allows for a 1.8 meter table and a small walk-through space between you and the next vendor.  This space for the walk-though is  recommended to keep clear so that customers can walk around each site.
